Better Life Home Solution provides home décor, interior & exterior remodeling, bathroom renovation, home and fire security installation & maintenance, roofing, solar & energy systems, flooring, and door & window installation & maintenance throughout the USA. Exact scope is defined in each project's written proposal.
Project timelines begin after contract signing and permit approval. While we commit to the agreed schedule, delays caused by weather, permits, material shortages, or client-requested changes may extend the timeline without penalty.
Clients agree to provide safe site access, timely decisions and approvals, and payment according to the agreed schedule. Personal belongings should be removed from active work zones.
Workmanship is warranted for 1 to 5 years as stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and appliances. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or third-party modifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
